Hi, let me introduce myself…
I am Steven and I started Pitstop Valet over 15 years ago.
My love of cars is what drives me every day, and keeping them in showroom condition makes my job extremely satisfying.
My business has grown from strength to strength over the years, and I have had the privilege of working on a wide variety of vehicles; from cars and vans to campers and boats; while meeting some amazing people along the way.
I have thoroughly enjoyed every single vehicle I have looked after, and I treat every vehicle as if it were my own, giving it the attention to detail it deserves.
I offer a variety of services, but if there is something else you require, simply get in touch. I would be more than happy to have a chat with you and add your vehicle to the Pitstop fleet!

Maintenance Valet

This service is for regular clients that have their vehicles cleaned within a 3 week period.
Maintenance valet is a recurring, cost-effective car cleaning service designed to keep your vehicle in pristine condition. Usually scheduled every 1 to 6 weeks, it preserves the high-gloss finish of a previous full detail and prevents premature wear.

Testimonials & Works
The first time, the valet itself was very good, but he arrived over an hour late. I gave him another chance and booked a valet for 12:30 today, but didn’t hear from him until 13:45 despite calling and texting. He said he’d “lost track of time” and now couldn’t come before 3pm, and had to cancel.
He does a good job cleaning cars, but his timekeeping and communication are poor. It also seems others have had similar issues.
Steven came around the same day to have a look and give me his advice on how to best solve the issues. We later had a little trouble coordinating when he could come, or when I would need the car, but it didn't take too long before he was over cleaning and polishing the car.
I found Steven to be very easy to deal with, he's friendly and polite and when it came to the service I cannot fault it. The car looked 100 times better after he had finished with it, and he was very honest about what was, and wasn't worth it when it came to treatments, so I didn't feel 'upsold' on further services.
I'm definitely planning to use Steven and Pitstop Valet on both of our cars regularly going forward, and felt it was only fair to leave a review to help others who might be considering using them.
